They only want to wear masks when they can do it to harm society. Not help.

This is the same crowd that was saying to run over protesters for being in the road, now crying about a fed having a car driven in his vicinity.

I thought masks “lowered oxygen levels” or some bulllshit?

I immediately disregard anything someone says when they start bitching about masks.

Those surgeons wearing them for literal day plus long operations seem to be doing just fine.

Is that geezer on the left wearing a child-sized plate carrier? Or just some Temu special that arrived smaller than expected?

I keep seeing the temu comments all over the Lemmy. What do you think a plate carrier looks like?

From what it looks like, he’s wearing a Crye Precision jpc. https://www.cryeprecision.com/JPC-2-0

And yes, he’s a fucking chonk.

Presumably people expect protection to cover more than half the torso. Temu is notorious for having the lowest quality grey market QA-failed products for sale at bargain pricing, often receiving incorrect sizes.

The incorrect sizing mostly stems from the fact it’s all stuff made in Asia and they have different sizing systems than either the US or Europe have. You need to get 2 or 3 sizes bigger than normal for it to be normal size over here.

I guess it’s his size as I expect it to look exactly like it looks on their website. The guy on there makes it look normal.

Is this the law that has exceptions for undercover, environmental, and weather?

Meaning the only reason to be against it is to avoid accountability?
