Not an unexpected outcome, but it’s notably worse than with classic casino gambling because of the always-available model those firms have.

In other words. The drug dealers who paid a bribe, not the ones who didn’t. See what happened to them?

Imagine a US resistance capable of feeding seamen, and what an organization capable of that could achieve.

I think it’s what’s left after putting a Jolly Rancher under the insole of a midshipman’s shoe for a couple days

Headline doesn’t really do the article justice. The content makes it pretty clear how evil they are, except the ones who quit rather than be involved

I recommend:
Should load just fine

Some people really like it, but not that many. Per the article:
Dividing votes (40) by location (215) gives the Cheesecake Factory—the restaurant that received the most total votes—a bestness rate of 0.19, or the equivalent of 19 votes per 100 restaurants. Lambert’s Cafe earns a bestness rate of 2.66—the equivalent of 266 votes per 100 restaurants. While imperfect, this method at least does not penalize restaurants for failing to be national chains—though, for the purposes of the poll, I accept all nominations at face value.

They both certainly existed, though the latter was somewhat underground in the 1950s.
It’s easy to find documentation of their positions on fluoridation; it’s not so common to find evidence of environmental groups opposing it when there was a clear public health benefit.

Not to any meaningful degree in the US. It was the John Birch Society and KKK here.

Pretty much anything will harm you at too high a dose. Water included.

You’re looking at studies of the impact at far higher fluoride concentrations than are used in the US. We’ve known that those high concentrations are problematic for a very long time…which is why they’re not used. They remain a problem in some parts of the world where fluoride is naturally present.

FWIW, the anti-fluoride thing started off when the John Birch Society, a right-wing hate group, started pushing it decades ago.

Because researchers got data. We know flouride helps prevent tooth decay, and a bunch of Republicans are lying about it so they can harm kids

They won’t say it’s really kidnapping until there is a conviction

I hope this means they’re able to reverse a bunch of the press consolidation and constitutional changes that kept Orbán in power for so long, and change the constitution so that no party in power can so easily do what Fidesz did.
The oil industry owners have long been the patrons who fund the Republican party, and paid a billion dollar bribe to get favorable policy from Trump

Probably in the Fox Cinematic Universe

A big chunk of the US population is quite literate in a language other than English. Another big chunk never got appropriate instruction for learning when you have dyslexia
