she would be hit witha felony, and it wouldnt be in the news.
If the agent’s behavior when unprovoked is to knock people to the ground, I’m sure that the agent would have employed greater force—probably disproportionate force—if knocked down himself.
With ICE agents murdering people for inflicting no harm upon anyone, none of them can be trusted to act with anything less than unprovoked violence.
Probably same plea but with a murder exhibit instead of a gross abuse of power
