This just sets them up for deportation upon a second arrest because

Federal law requires noncitizens to carry proof of their lawful status.

    Correct.

& now they’ve innovated a way to depopulate the country of non-Republicans, without invoking the denaturalize-all-non-Republicans law that Trump has to not-touch, until after he’s invoked the Insurrection Act:

    • They can just systematically remove the ID from all the non-Republican population in their 1st-arresting,
    • & then deport them on 2nd-arresting, before “accountability” can touch them for doing-so.

Another elegant machiavellianism of evil that I wouln’t have thought-up on my own.

Evil certainly is educational, isn’t it?

It’s how the Middle East gets away with slavey

…and soon how the US will reinstate slavery beyond the bounds of the 13th amendment as well.

I mean I daresay that’s the fucking goal here, to create stateless unpersons, including anyone who critiques the regime.

Their goal has always been to create slave labor. They were never going to deport all the brown people.

I think they’d be happy do deport all the brown people and use people from southern Europe as slaves

Yeah for sure, as if the US’s obscenely wealthy handlers aren’t themselves slobbering at the bit, looking enviously at the UAE’s “attractively affordable labor practices.”

Hey now, it’s not just a scheme to deport legal immigrants—That second arrest also inflates their numbers to look successful.
