Physically I’ve dropped a lot of flour and such over the years. Sugar as well. Sugar is worse because we get sugar ants so I have to make sure to scrub down everything so they don’t appear and swarm.

According to my husband, anything with garlic, onion, and sautéed those both in butter smells very fancy.
If I had time to plan though, I’d make ravioli and freeze them and make sauce when they came over.
Dishwasher does the jars, but he does fill and empty the dishwasher!
I… don’t trust him with a knife and he doesn’t trust himself either. Shelling peas though, that’s a good idea!
It helps me to garden because my health concerns are mostly becoming overly tired and physically uhhh sad. So the work can make those two lessened.
It’s not very feasible for my husband who has cerebral palsy unless we did a lot of expensive setup so he could do most of it seated.

I was actually talking to my mother about her vaccine scar today. She says she had a friend who got vaccinated the same time she did. But her friends mother was super vain, so told the vaccinator guy to give her daughter the shot on her thigh, so a swim suit would cover it.
But outer thigh is lower than where bathing suits show so you saw the scar anyway, and the mother was pissed. Mother’s friend didn’t care though, since she was a kid.
My sometimes lying rice cooker does a high pitched beeping. So high pitched my husband who can’t hear high pitched sounds can’t hear it.

She agrees, it was the polio vaccine in the sugar cube. She was also unable to get a second cube, as the small white girl in the bright red coat was very distinctive and they told her to stop trying to get another cube.

They wouldn’t know how much it was, and they wouldn’t know how to exchange it. But they’d probably go to their bank with the note(s) and the bank would tell them how and where to exchange it.

I live with my husband and twin so I’m seeing them every day. My mother I see occasionally but probably not enough. She travels a fair deal so I’m never quite sure when she’s nearby. Sometimes it’s for holidays or dinner so probably eating is what we do.

I still go back to listen to the music from that sometimes.

Hired for deli. Deli is a different union and pays better than say, cashier.
Which is what they moved us to immediately.
Asked if they were going to pay our hired wage or not. They did. I think they thought we knew it was a bait and switch. Didn’t until later, but they were careful to not lower the wage cause then yeah. Go to the board.

My mother has this scar, when she was vaccinated on a reservation.
She also remembers they’d give you a sugar cube with a different vaccine on it at the time. She tried to get it multiple times.

My food won’t get eaten by grandmother so that was nice. There’s a guy over there that’s always there and loves me? That’s pretty sweet. I can be silly and not usually get sighed at? There’s more, but my brain is very holey tonight.

The chicken pox sucked. It itched and itched and itched. I lived in an oatmeal bath. I was a cold though. My mother got it when we got it, so she was an adult. So much worse.

My grandmother grew up during the great depression. We’re not the worst off, yet, my twin works at a grocery so we get a discount. But that shit was passed down to me. I can’t not finish food. Especially if it tastes good, my brain is just EAT NOW EAT BEFORE GONE and man. Fucks a body up.

Grody.
I still call things grody, but it’s apparently twee and shit to say now.
We had curry, but the rice cooker lied twice about being done so I’m looking into a new rice cooker because this one is naughty sometimes.

Almost 40. The official reddit app would not run on my dogshit phone. I went through a few apps, settled on connect. It eats space still but I can clear the cache.
I am sad a lot of the little subs (communities here I suppose) don’t exist but not quite enough to make them. I’ll stick to being a main contributor to the canning one lol.
Ahhh…I was with my husband in 2016!
I’m still with him, so probably the same thing as now.
Not much has changed other than my health mysteriously imploding.
