Like, extra rights, you mean? Because lots of countries recognize animal rights.
I think lots of countries enforce things like animal welfare but animals are property, they don’t have “rights” you’re just required to not abuse them, and often the definition of “not abusive” is still pretty abusive/negligent
Makes more sense than corporations
Tonga porpoised to be first country to recognise the rights of whales.
