If you cook the eggs properly (firm white and yolk) and wash your hands and cooking surfaces properly, you aren’t going to get sick. Salmonella on/in eggs isn’t too big of a deal unless you are eating them raw or under-cooked or not washing up well enough.

Cooking kills salmonella. If you cook the eggs properly (firm white and yolk) and wash your hands and cooking surfaces properly, you aren’t going to get sick. Salmonella on/in eggs isn’t too big of a deal unless you are eating them raw or under-cooked or not washing up well enough.
It’s still a big deal, the eggs shouldn’t have been contaminated and released for consumption in the first place.
