I got a buck says it was some moron that doesn’t (or didn’t) know the difference between fertility clinic and abortion clinic.
He turned out to be of the “I didn’t ask to be born, so no one else should be” flavor of madman. Rare, but not unheard of.

They think IVF is murder just like they mistakenly think abortion is murder. When doctors perform IVF they fertilize several eggs and create several embryos. Only using the most viable. The other embryos are kept Frozen for a period of time in case they are needed. But eventually will be disposed of.
That wasn’t the bomber’s objection to it. He didn’t like people being born “without consent”, and the IVF clinic was a cause of people being born (of course without consent, since you must be born before you can consent to anything). There are legitimate philosophical debates about the morality of having children, but blowing things up is not usually part of the debate.

Here’s one report that mentions some of his statements:
Hindustan Times is often not a reliable news source. I’ll keep looking

No doubt.
They spelled “terrorism” wrong.

You’re not wrong, but I’d argue that neither is the guy you replied to. That needs to be the headline, because that’s all that 95% of readers will retain at the end of the day.
