Just curious as to what other folks do on a Saturday.

I’m going on a 90km ride with my cycle club (with cake at a lovely riverside cafe).

Then probably doing some cooking and computer games (hopefully with gf or friends)

Lounge in bed together for an extra hour or two, have a coffee, and watch a show or college game day. Make some breakfast. Work on little projects or hobbies (today we need to go empty a storage unit before the next billing cycle), maybe go swimming, run some errands, maybe haircut or nails, maybe have friends over in the evening or have a date night.

ETA- forgot to mention my favorite weekend activity-the rerack! Wake up early, browse my phone or read for a bit until you start to feel the sleepies, and then go completely back to sleep for an hour. I don’t know why, but it feels like the best sleep ever, and you wake up feeling so good and rested.

Saturday morning there is only one CrossFit class, a partner workout, which is always fun to do. Otherwise I would sit and watch some YouTube

Around this time of year I usually prepare fruits and vegetables in various ways to last for the winter: spreads, jams, pickled/soured, made into liquor/liqueur.

Sometimes I’ll invite friends and relatives over for lunch or dinner, or visit them. Once in a while I’ll travel out a bit farther for an event.

During busy periods at work, I’ll catch up on weekends because it lets me work without interruptions and take it easy during weekdays.

And other times I’ll chill at home with a good book or TV series.
