I lived in a remote mountain town and could either travel 1,5 hours in either direction to see if a store happened to carry what I need for a reasonable price

“Hi, I’m your AI-assisted chatbot! I’m still learning, so please be patient with me, as I am totally useless, and can tell you right up front that I won’t be able to help you, and you will end this call screaming in frustrated fury.”

Which for most local companies is just a ‘contact us’ and/or ‘about us’ page.
I am usually surprised about local companies having (primarily local. online retail being secondary) a functional shop/online presence)
