Honestly I think the current logo is the best of the ones presented. It is a simple line drawing which means it looks good as a tiny thumbnail. It is a bit awkward and simple but also unique and easily recognizeable compared to others which all look very generic.
I think if you want a better logo you may need to actually put in the effort and draw it yourself, AI is bad at coming up with truly unique and striking brand images for now.
I actually like that you can tell that is was likely drawn in inkscape by someone with limited experience.
I don’t disagree the current logo is rudimentary but you don’t seem to take into account that it needs to be thumbnail size. Most of your slop is much too large. Only this sad looking thing would fit but it looks like it’s going to cry any second

I think the Lemmy logo being a blank-ish Lemming works well for it. Kinda like an invitation to add in your own characteristics (similar to how one would make their owninstance), even if that design choice wasn’t the intention of the creator.
If there’s a redesign needed, maybe the proportions could be changed, but idk.
