Matching your refresh rate is the minimum nowadays and that’s min 60 or 120. On PC I aim for 165 or 145 or if it’s bad 120 fps.
I play on desktop with a big 4k tv, and I have 2060 super. So in 4k, I don’t expect really high fps for everything, but 60p is a staple, if I don’t have it, I will start killing graphic settings, otherwise it’s just not worth it
