Russian ruler Vladimir Putin has said that Russia is willing to hold peace talks with Ukraine, but only on the basis of the terms agreed during the negotiations in Istanbul in 2022, which were widely viewed as unfavourable to Ukraine.
Nope, they should get out of Crimea too. And it’s up to the Europeans what happens to NATO. Dissolving it is one of Putin’s objectives, and he or his successors should be denied.
Sanctions against war crimials should stay, and reparations should definitely be on the table. Say a $300 bn investment fund? There’s recent precedent for that when an insane dictator attacks a medium-sized country and fails.

Putin would never accept those terms. The goal is to end the war and stop the bloodshed. Each side is not going to get everything they want.
