Other than being relatively clean, this is the kind of shit you see in a tweaker’s shed they’re living out of.
That friend is a whole ass industrial medical office scale right there where I do beans and rice. The scale is fairly heavy and probably got some money on it. I got nowhere to put it and the kitchen is nasty and I don’t own the place.
Just your average baker. The recipe required measuring stuff with a kitchen scale.
