Human trafficking is the least of the worries in that country lol. The country is a military dictatorship that fuels and funds terrorist attacks in Kashmir. The Prime Minister is just their puppet. After independence and partition, they thought they had a huge threat from India so they invested hugely in their military and still ended up losing all the wars against India. Now they are so much in debt that they have to bootlick America to get the IMF to give them money. Which again they use it to fund terrorist activities in Kashmir.

The entire south Asia region (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh) is pretty unsafe for women. Sexual Assualt, Kidnappings and Human Trafficking are a huge problem even for the natives.

Why isn’t America freeing the people of Pakistan from an islamic dictatorship? They also own nuclear weapons which America doesn’t want any muslim nation to have.

America themselves supplied the nuclear tech to Pakistan because at the time India was USSR’s strong ally and considered it a threat. Now ig Pakistan comes in top 10 countries with the most nukes so I don’t think US will try to mess with it now.

Edit: Correction - Pakistan developed its nuclear program by stealing tech from Europe and China helped them.

You can’t attack nuclear powers without very unfortunate consequences. You CAN attack countries trying to become nuclear powers without those unfortunate consequences, but there will of course be other consequences to consider.

My friend, a solo woman in her mid 20s, went to Pakistan two years ago and really enjoyed it, didn’t feel unsafe either.

That’s because the majority of human trafficking is coming in from surrounding regions. Child brides, exploitation, forced labor. That kind of thing. It’s like with anywhere. If you prepare well, stay safe, and keep your head on a swivel, you’ll be fine 90% of the time. Don’t go alone with anybody and stay public.

Congratulations. You in ironically caught me in the middle of a severe depression episode. I don’t know why, but this post wrecked me emotionally. Probably because I need to up my meds, but no time for that now. Your post just sent me. What’s the point of living if people are this awful? What’s the point of loving if these are the kind of people available? What’s the point of trying to make any sort of human connection to combat the crippling lonlieness in the world. There is nothing. We are nothing. There are only the memes. So, what’s the biggest meme of all?

BY MAKING THIS MY LAST POST…well…ANYWHERE!!!

            HAHAHAHAA HAHAHAHAHA AHAHAHAHAHA

my words will no longer ring silent. the pain that people cause me will end. damn, I forgot how peaceful this feels once you actually decide to do it. here’s hoping this one sticks!

    Something something Indian something something

Anyways, the human trafficking flow is the opposite for South Asia. The oil rich nations like KSA and UAE are notorious for enslaved labor by trapping poor people trying to find work abroad with promises of a living wage and foreign national status.

Which is why their foreign abused labor is mostly Pakistani, Indian, and Sri Lankan.

Pakistan is also so ridiculously starved of international tourism that foreigners have trouble trying to pay for stuff because the locals offer too much.

    Some examples:

Imagine being so ignorant and/or racist to call out another nation for human trafficking from the United States.

Imagine if for every news story you read about something bad happening to a tourist they also had to report on every successful visit.
