    So the only thing making it not a blockage, is letting Russian oil tankers through?

    It couldn’t be that there IS a blockade, but Trump can’t say no to his boss, so Russian oil is the exception?

    Because Trump is a traitor, and this only the 1000th time he’s proven it to us.

      Any tanker from any country can pass. As long as they are willing to bear the US being mad at them.
