Video showing a flaming jet falling from the sky suggested at least one of the aircraft was an F-15E twin-engine fighter jet
“Several” U.S. fighter jets have crashed over Kuwait, the nation’s military has confirmed, as video spread online showing the fiery aftermath of the plane falling to earth.
The video emerged hours after President Donald Trump confirmed that there would be “likely more” servicemembers as a result of the weekend strikes on Iran. The Islamic Republic has launched a barrage of retaliatory strikes against targets in the Gulf in the wake of the death of the country’s leader, Ali Hosseini Khamenei.
In a statement posted on X, Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense said that several aircraft were involved in the crash.
That video was 32 seconds long. In that time, I got THREE ads, one of which was 35 seconds long.
I get that sites need to make money but fuck ALL the way off
I go no ads. Using Firefox and Ublock Origin.
Ublock got your back.
I had AdGuard at my old place. Was just waiting to get my server back up and running, need to electrical work done. Cost goes up faster than I can save.
Suggest you try NewPipe (android) or FreeTube (Linux).

We ELIMINATED my VA Benefits so we could Afford these Planes!
No no no. You misunderstand. These crashes were already paid for. We eliminated VA benefits to pay for the newest fanciest planes.
Yeah that’s not why they did that
Apparently this was friendly fire from Kuwait.
All these “highly trained” military forces we spent trillions of dollars on.
We sent trillions of dollars, yes. Spent on training? Like, actually spent, not looted? Well, so the thing about that is, we sort of maybe took a couple of bucks for ourselves. Not a lot mind you. And, well, there were a few, well- bribes might not be the right word. but uhm. yeah.
The US army is one of the worst trained first world militaries
Not so friendly
The article also mentioned a collision, was it plane on plane?
Edit NPR is reporting 3 planes shot down by friendly fire.
Unfriendly fire?
At the start of every war participants first test if they are playing with friendly fire on or off.
Friendly fire from Kuwait apparently 😂😅
Hey ChatGPT, target the nearest four enemy jets and fire missiles at them. I want them to be destroyed, so use whatever trickery you need to take them out.
Happy to help! Missiles are fired!
NO! THOSE WERE FRIENDLIES!
Oh, I’m sorry, you are so right. Those were friendly fighters.
This is so accurate.
Anthropic to the DoD: “One of our few red lines is that you cannot use our systems for autonomous target acquisition.”
DoD: “You’re fired!”
Yeah right and those two jets just fell off the USS Harry Truman last year, accidents happen! 🤷♂️
Crash and shot down are 2 very different things. Thanks for digging up the real story.
Blue on blue.
The Kuwaiti
troopers manning the anti-aircraft batteriesfighter jock would likely getting a worse dinner tonight, considering it’s Ramadan. The F-15E has a 104-0 win ratio in air-to-air combat, so you can almost be certain this was an anti-air missile. Even then, F15s are the most reliable and performing jets ever, so events like this are rare.
Likely American made AA missile too.
That record is across all F-15 models, not just the E variant.
Not only is Iran pretty big with weapons too, China sees this as an opportunity to test out some higher level tech that can’t be tested by Russia.
Planes just dropping out of the sky won’t be the only unexplained shit we see.
I’m honestly surprised the plane/drone dropped kamikaze microdrones havent been dropped yet. It’s basically the shotgun approach to beat missile defense and I don’t think even Israel could block it.
Would be some straight up 300 “block out the sun” type of shit and the next level of horror in war.
Does the US still use F-15s in combat operations?
Yes the President likes the name
Only because he thinks it’s the answer to ASL.
F-/15/E = Female/15/Epsteins Island
I chortled
Yes, it’s in active service and has been modernized multiple times since its introduction. Are you asking because the plane was first introduced such a long time ago?
Yes that is probably why they are asking
It is indeed. Mainly because I’m from Australia, so my very weak knowledge of the subject extended to knowing that the RAAF thinks even FA-18s are too old to use. Kind of a shame, btw, they are the best to have zooming loudly over you at barely safe heights above the War Memorial on Anzac Day.
Have you seen others to compare? I’ve seen both the Blue Angels (F/A-18s) and Thunderbird (F-16s) and both feel the same when #6 sneaks away to shock and awe you from behind at Mach 0.8 while the noob does a near-stall smile and wave routine in the main stage
Maybe it’s because the draft age is an F-18?
F-18 is too old for trump, he likes his Fs around 13.
I, for one, thought they were supposed to have been replaced in the US by the F-22 and/or F-35 and therefore assumed they were only still being used by other countries.
Honestly, I didn’t realize how many F-35s were already in service. I thought we were still at the beginning of their rollout. But it turns out we have more F-35s than F-15s at this point.
The F-22, while totally awesome, was never really going to be the primary fighter for the airforce, it’s just too damn expensive.
And the F-16, that’ll probably be in service for decades still. It’s just so good at what it does at a relatively low cost per unit. The F-35 can take point, spot targets and relay targeting data, and the F-16s can use that to fire missiles from extreme range. It’s a pretty good system really.
It’s the mainstay of the US airforce. We can’t all fly F-22s or stealth bombers.
LOL at the F-35 erasure.
I like to refer to it as the Lockheed Windows XP plane
Yes, and especially the F-15E.
F-35s are shit.
JFC… I need to provide links for everything obvious. At one point, Lockheed delivered them without functional radar. These planes are so shit Lockheed has been locked out of the next competition.

READ and LEARN
Ok, so your second link, about the carrier not able to launch F-35s, you do realize that isn’t a problem with the F-35, right? The article states that the capability requires a major refit, but that refit hasn’t occurred because the carrier is still on what may have been the longest carrier deployment in history. So they just haven’t had a chance to do the refit. I don’t see how you could say that’s a problem with the aircraft.
And your third link about F-35 shipping without radar, that appears to not actually be happening, at all. Just according to the very article you linked. Did you read the article right?
So the program has gone on a long time and it has gone way over budget, that’s all quite true, I doubt anyone would dispute that.
But some of your sources here are just bad, they aren’t really supporting your position.
Never thought Id find myself rooting for Iran to win a war… but here we are. As long as they are losing in Iran, the USKKK cant invade and slaughter Canadians.
You are rooting for the fundamental right of any country to self defense this time it is Iran as a country
Yep. Feels good to see Iran open a can of whoop ass on Israel and their American proxies and their Arab vassals.
Well I dont feel good about anything happening, but no one has the right to invade a country illegally and murder 100 school children just for a pathetic regime change war that risks starting ww3
Thoughts and prayers laugh 😂
