A federal judge agreed Thursday to block the Pentagon from punishing Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly, a former Navy pilot, for participating in a video that called on troops to resist unlawful orders.

Well, yeah. Telling people not to break the law, shouldn’t be a punishable offense. But, here we are, having to get the courts involved.
I wouldn’t mind this guy being the president tbh. Sure he’s a pilot, but at least he wasn’t Air Force.
