    So, they’re being obsequious to Trump, and that’s evidence something has changed?

    Really starting to resent these type of articles. These don’t worry he’s going to fall apart soon, don’t worry Republicans are going to turn on each other soon, don’t worry the other shoe will drop soon, Etc… Someone else in this thread called it hope baiting and that seems apt.

    And it’s an idle pastime to speculate on what Leavitt knows, versus what she finds it convenient to say in order to suck up to Trump.

      I think he knows that they have little to no impact on his position but that they do bruise his ego.

      He constantly brags about his great polling results, but it has no relationship to the actual data. So he cares about the perception that he’s got universal approval. I think Trump regards facts as things to be worked around with more bullshit.
