Another fascist for the block list.

Jeff Bezos has so many billions he and generations of his dependents will never, ever, be able to spend. He could easily drop a couple in a trust and the Washington Post would be funded for life and he would never feel it. None of this is about money.

We all already agreed it was great, you can stop selling.

You are nuts if you think kids dont pay attention.

This is the line. Let’s be honest. That’s the red line. If he actually crosses that line you should do things that the World mods will ban me for saying. But that’s it. That’s the point where any semblance of democracy is totally gone. Where even the most neoliberal Democrat has to know that voting no longer means anything. That’s the point where you have to make a choice. That would be the final Point wherein there is a line of the sand you either put on the red hat and fall in line or you play back. Some would argue we’ve already reached that point mind you, but I think that would be the last reasonable line.

Not responding to a lawsuit typically means you lose the lawsuit.

See this is what kills me about the Democrats. Sure they’re not all powerful. But they don’t use any of the power they have. Cuz like you mentioned they could make this a living hell for anyone in the administration. They could be dragging these fools up to testify all day everyday. Wasting tons of time, making things extremely stressful for these people, massive headaches, lawyer fees, and all else that goes with it. They just don’t. Occasionally they’ll do it for a good TV clip and that’s it.

I still find it hilarious that Protestant churches think you shouldn’t be allowed to protest in church. Protestants. Where do you think that name comes from fellas?

Certainly the libraries are great answer for this. It doesn’t have any of the ceremony obviously, the tradition if that’s what you want from church. But the community aspects yeah all there. Support your local libraries. Go to your library board meetings
If you don’t vote you voted for this

He’s going to need a step stool to get him up to the Noose when it’s time.

Well you say that but CBS…
Nobody is gonna argue that voter disenfranchisement doesn’t happen. But you would be naive to think it accounts for all, much less most, of non voters. Certainly a distressingly large amount don’t vote out of laziness, however an even larger percentage don’t vote because they don’t feel they’re heard or cared about. Because politicians don’t speak to them and their needs. Call them discourage voters if you want call them abandoned voters if you want, call them whatever you want but the point is they’re out there and they’re being ignored so they stopped bothering.
Not that that absolves them of all guilt though. These people didn’t show up at primaries. They didn’t force the political discourse to follow them, and it is hard to do especially without billions of dollars to help, but that’s the only way to keep it.

He’s trying so hard to slowly pivot right before it crashes. Don’t want to turn too fast but didn’t want to be stuck in the wreck either.

Pretty strong argument that that’s an eighth Amendment violation actually.

Only 66% were against, so you can safely assume that other 34% all really think we should but some of them just were smart enough not to say it out loud.
I can’t believe anyone on the Internet is naive enough to believe that just being given factual information is enough to make people change their mind. How could you think that is true when you know, everything? Also who could doubt the power of propaganda?
