I don’t know. I think it is fair to say that Autism existed prior to Tylenol, so the root cause of autism isn’t Tylenol. Sure it could be a contributing factor (it isn’t according to the cited study).

Autism diagnoses are increasing which means either we are better at identifying the disorder or environmental factors such as poor diet and pollution contribute. Likely both, but the former is probably a better explanation.
