    The cost of living crisis is going to deepen.

    It’s certainly the case that at least some – maybe most – inflation was caused by a combination of corporate greed, and supply chain disruptions. Those are no longer the causes.

    We have moved forward with these stupid taco tariffs that make imported food more expensive, while simultaneously cracking down on brown people who work in the domestic food industry.

    Going forward, the $15 bananas are going to be a product of 100-level macro economics course issues. Supply goes down, and demand stays the same…prices go up.
