It’s located in a flooded strip mine, so that ship has sailed. Also from what I gathered it wasn’t in operating condition before it was put there so there is a small chance it has its fluids drained beforehand.
If it was placed there deliberately, I’d say there’s a near certainty the fluids were drained. It takes minutes to do.
