Probably going to go with a local tax professional now. If I’m gonna spend money, I’d rather go with a local person than giving money to these fucking websites. Most free tax services have a income ceiling and the free service is being subsidized by the government. So we are paying our tax money for it, it’s never free. I made decent money so I won’t get the subsidized free service most likely. It’s not that I can’t afford it, it’s just that it’s complete bullshit that they spent the tax money creating a great free tax service and their shelving it to prop up fucking private corporations further. I should not have to pay a second time to a private company to pay my taxes easily. The whole system is fucked. I’m so sick of Trump‘s bullshit.
