This reminds me of that one time when a couple of storks built themselves a nest atop a regular electric pole and while they were out hunting, a random summer storm passed over and lightning struck the pole.
I was like “WTH nature!?”. Then the storks came back and they were like “Hmm, something seems different… Need more straws.” They rebuilt and a couple of months later i was able to see live a reenactment of the “This is Sparta!” movie scene.
And again I was like “WTH nature!?”.
