Voting against fascism to save some semblance of what we already lie to ourselves about being an American Dream was so fucking easy. When someone says they’ll do fascist things, after having tried a coup once already and gotten away with it, and they subsequently get voted back into office despite everything beforehand, I start to lose words to describe my frustration. Things won’t get better by voting worse actors into decision making positions.
