Even if they’re mentally capable, they probably won’t be alive to experience the consequences of the decisions they make while in office. Plus, in your 90s you’re not going to be very aware about the issues that most of the population face.

Even if they’re mentally capable, they probably won’t be alive to experience the consequences of the decisions they make while in office.
