That’s what the US claimed in 1973 when they installed Pinochet
Caribbean leaders met in special session in Jamaica and came up with this one plan. Haiti has not strategic revelance for the US, except its a neighbor. Quit trying to equate things that happened in the bad old 60s. It’s boring.
