I just wanted to start this post off by saying, thank you for allowing me to join Lemmus!
As someone who is very new to this site, I will say Lemmus’ site format and the atmosphere in each respective community, are leagues better than those of Reddit. I feel a massive weight off my shoulders, after breaking away from Reddits dumbass karma system, that has made Reddit insufferably unusable.
Speaking of Satan, I felt it was necessary to make the switch from Reddit to a newer and more refreshing alternative like Lemmus, because of the unprovoked toxicity, and constant cock fighting with unprofessional, immature moderators, who police the site like a fucking third reich schutzstaffel from 1942.
To conclude this post, I thank the community of Lemmus again, for letting me join the website. I hope to make many more memorable shitposts, shitting on Reddit, to laugh about it with people in the community. That concludes this Ted talk, as you all were 👋🏼
Well, first of all: welcome here :D
Just to warn you of, in most communities on here there are guidelines to what the community is about and how to conduct.
It is wise to click on the community and read those otherwise its like stumbling into a meeting room and shouting something commpletly unrelated, just because you thought the sign on the door roughly matches your topic.
People here post mostly memes so bad they come out on the other end.
So people will not click on the post and read your body, they will see a ai picture (which BTW Is mostly frowned upon), dislike and scroll past.
Lol nvm… I don’t feel welcomed here at all… I might have made a mistake creating an account on this platform, if making fun of Reddit mods is something frowned upon here.
Also what’s unrelated about my post? It’s a literal shitpost as this is a community called Lemmy Shitpost, where shitposts are made for. Bruh… if this website is another sensitive version of Reddit, just ban me out of my misery… Holy fuck this site sucks ass
