While Antisemitism exists and it’s real. It’s not the biggest problem in the world or the largest form of oppression/xenophobia/racism that exists today, not by a long shot based on every statistic available.
But according to the ADL et al., their definition of antisemitism (IHRA) is the only issue and the entire world and it’s citizens needs to shut up about everything else or face the consequences.
I am totally with her about the entire Macklemore situation but “they are just white people with slightly above average household income” is just so dense.
Jews are continuously scapegoated by right wingers for all kinds of evil, members of the US government have spread conspiracies about “Jewish space lasers” and the richest man on earth thinks Jews are behind the so-called “great replacement”. Almost every conspiracy theory circles back to Jews in the end but sure, antisemitism doesn’t exist because Israel is using it as cudgel and therefore it cannot be real. The world cannot be complex, it must be very easy.
All of the things you mention have no material effect on them and they face zero systemic persecution. Only systemic privilege.
Antisemitism in present day isn’t a real issue to the point Zionists have to fabricate the stats for it by including anti Zionism.
The Nick Fuentes “groypers” are an absolute minority in far-right ideology. It is in no way a mainstream political current, especially when compared to the Jewish supremacism of the average Republican.
