I’m honestly baffled by anyone tattooing something like that one their body permanently, and in my naive hopeful worldview I’m still holding out hope this is a fake.
You would be shocked to find out how racists modern Germany still is, carrying the exact mindset of WW1 and WW2: Germans vs others. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out this picture is real.

German judges from Karlsruhe issued on an official paper that they have no obligation to investigate a case like this :D Sparkasse Rhein Neckar Nord frooze my financial assets, bafin personnel (supposedly the banking regulatory body) blatantly confessed on an official document they sanitized the evidence of the crimes and so on, no court order, no investigation, no nothing. They’re all on active duty. Germans have this “the state makes no mistakes!!!” mindset. You just can not break that wall whatever you do. They’re so blind to racism, since it doesn’t happen to them in their own country. That’s the logic of Germans.
My supposition is that it’s real but it’s not a swastika nor a number 5.
The downward slope on the right is not long enough for it to be a swastika. For that matter the top point of the slope on the left should align with that slope on the right, but that’s too short also.
From the right hand point, it looks like there’s an edge that follows the seam of her pants.
If it was a fake / AI generated swastika tramp stamp none of the above problems would be present.
My guess is that it’s some kind of unique geometric symbol someone designed for a college or university or something, and she’s had it tattooed without realising that with the wrong pair of jeans on it looks like a swastika.

There’s enough garbled mess in the background that it might be AI generated. Even so called “frontier models” are prone to this.
