A virulently anti-LGBTQ+ Mobile, Alabama, pastor has dedicated the month of September to spreading anti-trans hate throughout the city.
Pastor Travis Johnson spearheaded a project to hang banners through downtown Mobile that declare, “Protect Our Children From Gender Ideology.”
“…they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words.”
Interestingly, Jean-Paul Sartre was referring to anti-Semites here, a term which has itself been irresponsibly twisted to mean “opposing Zionism and/or the government of Israel.”
