But would you downvote it for that? When I see a post with many downvotes it makes me think there’s something wrong with the content (in this case the video). I think that’s a shame if it is just a case of “this post didn’t cater to my preferences”.

Well, i usually don’t downvote them, but I can see people doing it because of that. In a lot of cases it really wouldn’t hurt to add the main point as text, especially for the more clickbaity titles.
