Sounds like one of those fake brands that had to be created to be allowed to sell on Amazon. I can’t find any info about the brand, other than its products being sold in the usual online storefronts.
That doesn’t mean it’s bad, but it’ll be a gamble. It could be alright, and it could be chinesium.
Do the smart thing, save up a bit more money to afford a more reputable, verified unit. Don’t gamble on a clearly rubber-stamped brand. They’re rarely worth it.
CD/DVD external drives are niche commodity products. The brand makes almost no difference. You’re unlikely to find high quality equipment since they’re now extremely niche products with next to no market for them.

And how many typical users who are using it for backing up old albums or movies or burning a one-time disk for the sake of keeping some woe-begotten antique that hasn’t been modern since Alan Turing built it himself happy, are going to know or care about the very small and exceptionally niche differences. In any case, those kinds of features aren’t exclusive to a brand, they’re model specifications. My point stands, brand is effectively irrelevant as long as you avoid the obvious scammers.
backing up movies? oh they will absolutely care. if old movies, then for the scatches. if new movies, then for libredrive support.

I don’t think unknown brands are supported by libredrive

I’ve had a few - different brands - all trash.
Back when they were used by companies, in the mid 2000s I remember some decent (CD) ones at work.
If i wanted one now i’d get an internal full size one and put it in a caddy.
LG, Asus, Sony, or Verbatim would be reliable brands. Even Dell & HP make a couple.
I wouldn’t use anything else, especially the weird letter grouping brands on Amazon that try to sound like a brand but are fake.
If you can score an older one on eBay or something with unflashed firmware that will still let you rip blu-rays, go for that.
why unflashed?
Because iirc there were updates made over time to close some loopholes that allowed it to rip blu-rays to local files in the first place. Basically, you’re looking for a device with firmware that’s up-to-date enough to read and output the data from the disc, but not up-to-date enough to bitch about “this is copy-protected”
