Prometheus is the best example most people would be familiar with. Fire represents knowledge, so the theme fits. Many other civilizations have myths about stealing fire, but they’re usually attributed to a generic trickster, rebel, or indigenous animal that’s viewed as cunning. In the US, this is usually a rabbit, hare, or sometimes a crow.
Besides stealing fire, a journalist, printing press operator, scribe, archivist, record-keeper, librarian, or something like that might also fit.
I always associated FOSS with an ascetic/monk archetype something about the rustic austerity of growing your own food, crafting your own clothes meshes well with the spirit of FOSS
It also sheds light on grumpy Linux greybeards, they don’t dislike you, they just think you should branch off and find your own cave to live in

In a roundabout way, kind of, but not necessarily. If you break the word down, AN means “without” and ARCHY means “ruled by”. So you can have a MONarchy that is rule by one (mono) person, and you can have ANarchy, which is rule by no one.
Anarchists are against institutions that create or enforce authority or hierarchies. So, if an individual didn’t want their work to be FOSS or creative commons, that would be fine, but an institution that attempted to do the same thing or enforce that idea on everyone would be against Anarchist principles.
