Its mind boggling to think that he ended up in a plea deal and only got a year and a half in prison. Anyone he ever came into contact with after that should have been immediately questioned.
Apparently they didn’t even meet the victims.
It’s weird to me that all the outlets are going with “model scout” instead of “trafficker”.
