So much of this story stinks. A studio one block away from Central park? At 600 square foot or 56 square metres? My whole 3 bed house is only 24 square metres bigger! His job is running a literary publication he set up himself? And at the end we see a much larger apartment which also looks high end? Where is he getting the money for all this!?

This just sounds like a pretentious rich kid moaning about his extremely privileged life in Manhattan.
