Probably not the tortoise in the picture, since they are herbivores. But certainly a species of snapping turtle, top of the list would be an alligator snapping turtle. I wouldn’t doubt it could rip off an entire limb.
Read up on those monsters. They can live up to 200 years in extreme cases, they found one alive with a musket shot still in it from the civil war era.
