The hud graphics are a mixture between the styles of the GoldSrc and Source games, the crowbar is colored like the HL1 crowbar but has too much detail, the trees in the background look like random polygon blob, and the reflections are likely impossible. I think this is AI.

Maybe its from black mesa source, the hl1 source remake? Either way, nothing here surprised me as people just photo edit things like they always have
