    Under the new law, Attorney General John McCuskey, a conservative Republican, will bring civil actions against alleged violators at the $10,000 per violation rate, including a fine up to $250,000 if a minor accesses content.

    Are they going to charge regular people with these fines? That’s ridiculous.
    Sounds like this McCuskey feller might be hiding something if he’s spending this much energy on kids IDs.

      Yeah he’s tired of his buddies getting charged with soliciting minors so he wants IDs on everyone so they can say “her ID said she was 18”
