It’s important to note that when arguing with tankies they use their own definition of words through the reference of communist theory. So, for example, imperialism to you and me, or anyone with a dictionary, means subjugation and expansion through force. For tankies, it just means capitalism, as per Lenin’s theory. (meaning anything non-capitalist cannot be imperial)

You can’t talk facts or theory with tankies since they make up their own. You’ll never be able to ‘out-logic’ them, since that’s not how they’re arguing. Another example is that China is imperialist towards Tibet, yet under tankie semantics, China by definition cannot be imperialist because they say they are socialist.

You can never argue with tankies since they can’t argue in good faith; they can’t concede on anything because they’re authoritarians, not communists.
