Used to think of burn out as a weakling thing, but i have to admit the job doesnt channel the same energy as before. Its become stale, and is starting to feel like a drag. How does burnout present, and what can i do to get things back under control?

Like any other medical question, talk with your doctor. 10 years of med school also teach them the difference between a job which sucks and a burn out for early sign they may refer you to a therapist and give you a short sick leave (2-3 weeks) which is better than waiting until you can’t work anymore and end up needing years of sick leave/therapy to recover
