Due Process was not afforded Alex Pretti, despite him having that right. And Due Process should be used in the case of these two agents, so that there can be no question when they are found guilty, and are punished for their crimes.

It wasn’t. This the medical examiner is going to tick one of three boxes. Homicide, Suicide, or Natural Causes.
Even a justified killing in self defense, which this wasn’t, would be “Homicide” for the medical examiner.
Any self defense killing is also a homicide. Not sure determines it’s a murder, or if we just have to wait for charges to be filed.
A coroner obviously cannot determine if something was a murder; that is up to a court.

I’m not aware of specifics of that (not in USA) But i do believe you … in that country, nowadays, police will say whatever.
