    (1) the benefits of human space exploration and colonization are obvious

    (2) there’s one, singular nation-state that has accomplishments in that regard, and it’s the especially advanced nation-state that was disparaged above

    (3) typing “why do you care so deeply about it?” is a profoundly asinine, sad, trolling statement that indicates you likely don’t care adequately about anything

      If it’s so obvious you’re probably easily able to name one or two.

      Also I am not sure if colonizing or exploring the moon is equivalent to exploring or colonizing space. I’d argue that the ISS was more what space exploration would look like in real life, as most of the time, humand would be traveling in ships, not having a walk on a satellite.
