When SHTF, we’ll need our community to pull ourselves through. That requires some people on the front line doing the action, but also 10x people doing logistics support and organizing, food and materiel distribution, engineers and technicians to build/fix equipment, social media communicators to spread relevant info, radio operators, intelligence collection specialists, etc.
I think for every 1 front line person you need 9 support personnel in all of these various disciplines, but don’t quote me on that. I’ve seen several different ratios so not sure.
