Rep. Maxwell Frost tweeted on Saturday night that he had been attacked by a man “who told me that Trump was going to deport me before he punched me in the face. He was heard screaming racist remarks as he drunkenly ran off”

Gosh, it’s so weird how all the racists are supporters of the felon-in-chief. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence.

the Anti-Defamation League found that from 2022 through 2024, all of the 61 political killings in the U.S. were committed by right-wing extremists. That changed on the first day of 2025, when a Texas man flying the flag of the Islamic State group killed 14 people by driving his truck through a crowded New Orleans street before being fatally shot by police.

Is this author claiming that the religious extremist group ISIS is a left-wing group?

I believe they sort it into “right-wing”, “left-wing”, and “islamist extremist”. I don’t trust the ADL, but if they sort it into more than 2 categories, then it would’ve broken the streak of right-wing domestic terror.

That’s been a thing in western media for awhile. They can’t classify Islamic extremist as right wing because it fucks up the “both sides” narrative. At best they consider Islamic terrorism into it’s own category.

Which is extremely stupid because xtian fundamentalists and Islamic fundamentalists don’t really differ all that much.
