A group of 17 transgender members of the Air Force are suing the U.S. government over what they say is the military’s unlawful revocation of their early retirement pensions and benefits.
Seems like a slam dunk win for them and a real embarrassment for the government that the courts even have to get involved.
This is pure cruelty on display.

What fucking hateful losers.
It’s really disgusting. Here are people that have done everything right and they are kicked out against their will and their pension is also taken away.
On the other side, people that have perpetrated murder and torture of civilians, were convicted by a military court, and then pardoned by Trump because it was brown people that died. Disgusting all around.
They haven’t done everything right, yet. They took an oath to defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. The entire military are oathbreakers.
I believe we are also including “the fatties” in this group now.
I’ll say the quiet part out loud. Trans people were never an issue before straight guys started thinking they were bangable.
I know I will never see their genitals, and they might have been modified, but I need to be able to imagine what they looked like when they were young

The US has a proud history of screwing its service members and veterans over. A tale as old as the country itself.

A lot of these court cases are taking a risk running at Trump and his pet judges while he’s still in power.
I know sometimes there’s a time limit on these things (and people gotta eat too) but a lot of bad actors will feel empowered to act with impunity to make these lawsuits disappear, or just get shaved/delayed down to nothing.
