Well no, I’m just pretending. I’m from a country where the head of state is called Prince Pilsner. Also the US isn’t the only country that doesn’t use ground floor.
Joke’s on you I have known the amount of stairs in our house since forever. It’s 16 to the second floor and 5 into the cellar. I also realised that 16 is a really common number of steps for ascending 1 floor in residential housing.
Truly, its not all that funny because its like, yeah, Im reading a meme. Of course I dont pay attention to the details. This isn’t a large itemized bill

My coat does not require keys, so no
why do i need to go down the stairs to leave the house when I’m already on the first floor? And what is ground floor?
I bet you’re from the kind of place that has the head of state and head of government be the same person. I mean, I am too, but I bet you also are.

I, too, am speaking tongue-in-cheek.
And yet you don’t even know how many steps your stairs had!

Jokes on you, my toddler makes me count the steps each time we go up and down.
Shit that was unpredictable!
