well my sex ed consisted of a man who would later that year get fired for hitting a student telling us that premarital sex will result in pregnancy and then having us perform a play I can only describe as racially charged about the subject

secular means not taking a religious stance and being neutral about it. Being secular would mean letting people wear them as they choose not allowing people to wear religious attire is taking a religious stance and thus isn’t secular

rather than secularity this is religious persecution

it’s a means tested program it’s really difficult to get onto especially if your disabilities make it hard to correctly sort out all the paperwork
