Yeah the media wouldn’t want to say too many bad things otherwise they get scared with being taken off the air. Wonder which past governments this sounds similar too.

Good thing this special boy got his prize for being so awesome. Sorry no link but he received an award that was tailored to him just recently, no not the one a few months back this was a week or less ago. Hah yes Americans that is your president that is effing up the world. Get a prize as golden as he looks, sort of…wait is that why he likes the bronzer? I didn’t see them prize but everyone knows it’s golden to stroke…

That’s the best part, with someone you wouldn’t give sharp scissors to in the white house but loves to gargle Putin’s balls, it’s never enforced. Win win for people that should never have a win.
I’m sure Zelebsky is threading the needle of diplomacy to placate Trump’s nutsack and not lose territory to Russia.
Really this is a no win scenario I hope the best for all Ukrainians, from a random Canadian who doesn’t ever think wars (or military escapedes, whatever term you prefer for this or Iran) should be there just to beat up someone smaller or get more territory.

I’m sure in Canada there are some issues with regulating it but can’t say I’ve had more than ‘this doesn’t quite impact me the same as other bud I’ve purchased in % range of thc’ and yeah I know other factors too.
Quite pleasant being able to get bud shipped to your door through postal system, just either have to sign or pick up the package the next day after 1pm if you weren’t home. Plus comes express so usually only a couple business days. It’s relatively safe (depending on format) but you still can get gummies and such to mitigate some health risks. Then you get the bonus of helping through regular taxes, which I know most people don’t like but society has to run somehow. Prices were higher when first introduced then came down as more supply available, though that took a couple years really.

If the most untrustworthy person I’ve personally known and Trump both said something different I’d believe the person I’ve known before Trump. Yet somehow Trump gets to be in charge of the biggest military on earth.

Depends on the hour you asked that question, plus some alignments of planets and what crystals are doing, least from anything I can tell. Yet the US is letting him go ahead, huh. So whatever works for the US I guess.

I was thinking Trump was upset he wasn’t getting a cut…but guess the donation would assist with any issues from that so seems about right.

I don’t know much about the Gripen but I don’t think buying anything that’s relies on the US is a good choice.

While growing up I used tech to make myself more intelligent, I wanted to understand how it worked and functioned. Least on a software level I’m a programmer not hardware (though may do some small projects to see at some point).
I always wonder why we fell so far, like from growing up I needed to figure out computers and ensure I could use them to their fullest. These days appears most people of a similar age don’t care cause it works.
While I see that point. it hasn’t worked that long and at this point we seem to have people not knowing where to save a word document. That’s from 3rd party stories but seems believable. So we went from some of the most curious people understanding their tools to people going ‘meh it works’ without understanding a damn thing.
It only worked decently cause the operators understood it and we put in our time. Shit did I just get a reason for Matrix operators name? Like a dual meaning besides the phone one. Huh never thought of that but back in the day operators had some answer usually…
Yeah since he has the vp of the US in his pocket you can’t take anything he says as an improvement.
Wonder what living room furniture the vp has due to Thiel. Heh. Yes I know not real but still fun to poke fun at, cause in these times little else is left.
Also not American so can’t have any sway with what happens except say what a horrible administration they allow to continue.

Thanks for the link I never remembered the numbers to know if it was for that or not…course been online long enough to know that’s the code (style) shown in comments. Was a lot of comments at one point.
My only unsureness of the code is cause I’m old and miss newer stuff so had to check to be sure.

I always thought the 1Gbps was awesome and perhaps a good incentive for other companies to upgrade (probably more the reason since they’re Google and their ad bucks). Recently saw a reason to switch for 2.5, did it then was told by the installer they don’t even have cable that does it. Mean. I did it myself and my stream downloads are quite fast, but it’d have been nice if my provider mentioned that in the first place so I knew who had to run the wires. It was only through some holes, behind the sink / dishwasher so not awful but you td have been nice to understand 2.5 was higher than their techs supported. Also needed a switch / router upgrade. Which was actually quite fun to do and minimal cost now can get a mesh wifi going.
Still if your techs can’t provide what is needed in cables for your upper end least tell the customer first.

Anyone else watch Rick and Morty, isn’t Graham basically Jerry in couple therapy place (mean outside of the ‘presenting’ that it does)? It’s just so subservient to whoever he latches on to. Mean from bomb Iran of McCain it just may be doing his previous hang on wishes here too. But seriously this guy is a senator that has a leadership ability of a wet noodle. Aren’t senators supposed to be strong in their own convictions? Mean maybe there’s lots I haven’t heard of Mr Graham but I don’t think McCain would be happy with his swap.
Least McCain had some principles and would now down to the orange turd, that’s the only good thing I saw from him (okay plus telling someone in an audience to be respectful of Obama, you’d never see that today)

Probably not what this article means but had a coworker at a previous job give a bunch of suggestions or answers at one point (want to say very small company single programmer is me, few tech support and sales people). One guy gives suggestions based on chat gpt, so I end up figuring out what is incorrect from the suggestion.
Mean I know he’s trying to be helpful but giving suggestions that don’t work is a bit of a time waster. To be honest I’m probably middling as a programmer, I can figure out stuff but not a fantastic one (maybe I sell myself short never come across an issue I couldn’t solve but took time). So having to spend time to go over that just makes me go over stuff I really don’t need to. Quite a pain, as much as I appreciate them trying to help it’s a time waster checking out those options to see if they work.

When I slept in the room with the ensuite, we didn’t care when we slept. Mean don’t think either of use dropped deuces (#2) close to sleep time there, we also have 2 other toilets so that bls.
Basically my thought is, if someone can smell it less if I pooped elsewhere in the place, do it that spot. Cause I don’t like smelling poop so assume others do not care to either.
Course I have my own issues but still assume that’s a good rule to live by. Man when a date had a curtain over the bathroom doorway and not a solid (well semi solid there mostly empty in the middle) door I couldn’t relieve myself. Mean enough making out maybe I could tinkle but that’s about it.

Yeah that’s my reaction when I noticed… oddly just when I read your comment. Fuck Murdoch’s publications.
Thank you for helping me see it.
I want to add, sometimes there are good (or semi accurate) articles but having to do the checks on their reporting sucks balls and not in the fun way.

Yeah like if I was them I’d arm with offerings and give the middle finger when they asked for action. They are owed for being ignored and left to fend for themselves (as I state later my understanding of the situation is almost nil, but you don’t keep allies by screwing them over) by what they thought was an ally. But everything is transactional with the memory of a goldfish for this administration.
I’ll say I don’t know the situation there well at all, maybe accepting whatever is offered with the suggested actions is in their best interest. I hope they can make a decision that doesn’t screw them over in the long run (not by their choice for sure to be clear), whatever is needed. Mean being on the wrong side of the CIA has never helped many either. Conflicts suck and it’d be nice if we could figure out how to resolve things peacefully, though I guess that idea belongs in a fairytale these days.

When you can justify your actions due to a fuzzy theological belief it’s quite silly. I am an atheist but if there is a god, he gave us the power of reasoning and logic. Then if there is that, why is there any logic to disobey one of ten major rules for humans to live by? He put them in a rock according to the story, wasn’t like hidden words needed to be seen by lemon juice or something. They are quite pronounced in the Bible, so why can thry think don’t kill people doesn’t apply to them?
God sent one kid, why not another if an amendment was needed in the killing but?

I basically only use Youtube to watch let’s plays (video games) never dipped my toe into other media site to see how it tries to show that stuff. Then if I need something new to watch I’ll find newer games I may be interested in and search accordingly or watch older videos of people that I enjoyed.
I’m sure that keeps me in the bubble of entertainment vs political stuff but really I’ve rarely seen that stuff pop up. I’d probably stop all together if I only saw some of the crap I’ve heard of people’s experiences.
New can be interesting but rather just prefer a good player explaining why they’re playing like they do. Some strategy games (paradox) can be quite complicated to understand the finer points. Makes life better not hearing/watching dumbasses.
That’s about my thought if a program became actually sentient then yes turning it off would be awful. Plus obviously the first sentient artificial life form who knows if it’d happen again. I guess it could be debated if it was a simulation and tons were sentient and had no life outside of such.
I still go with my first answer though, any sentient life observed outside natural biology would be a huge thing. I’d still want to give it a limited sandbox to work with so didn’t go all Hal or Deus Ex to achieve some random goal that wasn’t apparent. Least for awhile.
